The pastor said to be in charge of the Nagarta Baptist Church Ungwan Makiri, close to Udawa in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State has been reportedly abducted by gunmen.
The pastor and his son were reportedly forcefully taken by heavily armed men numbering over 20 after they invaded his residence in the early hours of Wednesday.
This comes less than two weeks after the abduction of Pastor Jeremiah Omolewa of the Living Faith Church, Ungwan Romi also in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
His wife was also abducted, while the son escaped.
The pastor was killed by the kidnappers, who later released his wife after ransom was paid.
They had demanded N50m but it is still unclear how much was eventually paid to secure her release.
