Chadian President Leads Soldiers To Capture Boko Haram’s Arms Store In Sambisa Forest (PHOTOS)

An arms store said to be owned by suspected Boko Haram terroristss have been captured by Chadian soldiers.

The Chadians troops had on Saturday attacked the insurgents in the Goje-Chadian area of Sambisa forest, a stronghold of Boko Haram.

The Chadians also reportedly freed soldiers of the Nigerian army in Boko Haram’s captivity.

Interestingly the offensive was led by Chadian President Idriss Déby himself and it lasted for hours as the soldiers cleared the terrorists from the area.

Déby, a former chief of Chadian army, said the arms store is the largest owned by Boko Haram.

He tweeted: “In Baga-Sola, I visited soldiers injured this afternoon during the operations launched against the Boko Haram enlightened. They are proud to have accomplished a sacred mission in the service of their dear homeland.”
