CHECKPOINTCHARLEY can now report that Nigerians threw the social distancing rule to the wind as the five weeks coronavirus lockdown ended in Lagos, Ogun and Abuja on Monday.
The moluwe buses in Lagos were seen overcrowded. It was also chaotic at banks, where people went to withdraw cash (see video of the scene at the GT Bank, Ogba, Lagos.)
The markets were also stuffed.

There were similar scenarios in Abuja and Ogun state.
