Nigeria has recorded 239 fresh COVID-19 cases, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed in a tweet on Saturday night.
This now brings the total number of infections in the country to 4,151.
The number of fatalities increased from 117 to 128, while recoveries increased from 679 to 745. the NCDC said.
The coronavirus has spread to 34 states and the federal capital territory (FCT). Lagos is the worst hit, with the highest number of cases, followed by Kano.
