Nigeria has recorded 242 new COVID-19 cases, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed in a tweet on Monday night.
This takes the total number of coronavirus infections, which has spread to 34 states and the federal capital territory (FCT), to 4,641 cases
The number of fatalities increased to 150, while recoveries increased from 778 to 902, the NCDC said.
