Nigera has recorded 184 new COVID-19 cases in 21 states and the federal capital territory (FCT), the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) tweeted on Wednesday night.
This brings the total number of infections in the country to 4,971, as the disease has spread to 34 states and the FCT.
The NCDC also confirmed six fresh deaths and 111 recoveries, bringing the country’s total to 1,070.
