Nigeria has recorded new 339 COVID-19 cases, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed in a tweet on Thursday night.
With this, the number of infections in the country has exceeded the 7,000 mark, bringing the total of confirmed cases of COVID-19 to 7,016.
The disease has spread to 34 states and the federal capital territory (FCT).
The number discharged patients also increased to 1,907, while the total number of fatalities is now 211, the NCDC said.
