The health of former governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi, has reportedly worsened, with rumours that he might have died.
But Ajimobi’s spokesman, Bolaji Tunji, told the media on Thursday that his boss is alive.
The former governor was named the acting National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress on Tuesday, but he had been on quarantine for over two weeks after contracting COVID-19.
It is understood that 70-year-old Ajimobi as underlying illness.
