President-elect, Joe Biden has nominated former Supreme Court nominee, Merrick Garland as Attorney-General, a source to to him told CNN on Wednesday.

Garland had been nominated as a supreme court judge by the Barack Obama administration but he did not even get a hearing from the Mich McConnell controlled senate.
