Armed hoodlums have attacked the Zonal Police Headquarters, Zone13, Ukpo, Anambra State, burning some offices and scores of vehicles.
The attack took place early Monday morning.
A police officer, who pleaded anonymity, said the hoodlums, numbering about two dozen were prevented by policemen on duty from getting into the armoury.
He could however not confirm the number of casualties, as at the time of filing this report.
An eye witness said there was heavy gunshots before the offices and vehicles were set ablaze.
