29 College Students Abducted By Bandits In Kaduna Regain Freedom

The rest 29 students abducted by armed bandits from the Federal College of Forestry Mechanisation, Afaka in Kaduna State have regained freedom.

Mr Abdullahi Usman, who is the Chairman of the Parents’ Committee, confirmed their release on Wednesday in Kaduna.

He said the students were released some minutes past 4pm around the Kidanda area in Giwa Local Government Area of the state, and were on their way back to the state capital.

But Usman refused to say if and how much was paid as ransom to the bandits for their release.
