The abducted lecturer of the University of Jos, Professor Grace Ayanbimpe and her husband, Isaac have been released by their abductors the Commissioner of Police in Plateau State, Edward Egbuka announced on Tuesday.
The couple had been kidnapped on Morning morning from their residence behind Haske Quarters, Lamingo in Jos North Local Government Area of the state.
The police chief said their release followed the combined efforts of police tactical team of the command alongside hunters and members of the vigilante group.
