President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria has returned to his country with appalling medical facilities after a two-week trip to the United Kingdom, where he underwent a scheduled medical check-up after attending the Global Partnership for Education (GPE).
His plane touched down at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at about 18:15 pm on Friday.
