The Lagos State Police Command say autopsy conducted on the corpse of Ifeanyi Adeleke confirmed that the three-year-old died as a result of drowning.
This was disclosed on Saturday by the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, on Saturday
Recall that Ifeanyi Adeleke, Davido’s son, was said to have recently drowned in a swimming pool at Davido’s residential home in the Banana Island highbrow of Lagos State.
Police had also interrogated some of the singer’s domestic workers, including Ifeanyi’s nanny, still held in police custody.
“Autopsy has been concluded. It confirmed the boy (Ifeanyi) died by drowning,” Hundeyin confirmed.
He also said the two suspects still held in custody are undergoing investigations.
