The Lagos State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal will on Monday deliver judgment on the petitions challenging the election victory of governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
The governorship flag bearer for the Labour Party, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, disclosed this on his X account on Saturday, saying he has been informed that the judgment of the election petition at the tribunal will be delivered on Monday.
He posted, “We have just been informed that judgement on our election petition at the tribunal will be delivered on Monday, the 25th of September.”
Recall that the Peoples Democratic Party Candidate, Mr Abdul-Azeez Adediran, known as Jandor, and the Labour Party candidate, Rhodes-Vivour had separately asked the tribunal to nullify the declaration of Sanwo-Olu as the winner of the Lagos State governorship election.
