Aaron Greenspan just filed a motion in the ongoing FOIA lawsuit requesting the government agencies to commence release of the approved information immediately, since Nigeria’s Supreme Court is being rushed through the hearing so as to end-run the release of the FBI files.
This comes as Tinubu lawyers just this week filed a motion before a United States District Court of Columbia to stop the FBI and other law enforcement agencies from releasing his records.
The defendants in the suit are the Executive Office for US Attorneys, US Department of State, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), US Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, US Drug Enforcement Administration and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
