The Action Alliance candidate Uzodinma Nwafor has been declared the winner of the chairmanship election held on Saturday in Etche Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The Chairman of Rivers State Independent National Electoral CommissionJustice Adolphus Enebeli (retd.) declared him winner on Sunday in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
Enebili also announced that the AA also clinched all the 19 councillor positions in the local government.
