Human rights lawyer Dele Farotimi has been granted bail by a federal high court in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State following his arraignment on Monday over allegations of cybercrime.
Presiding judge Babs O. Kuewumi ordered that Farotimi be released on bail with conditions that included a N50million surety and a guarantor possessing a landed property of equivalent value.
He then adjourned the case to January 29, 2025.
