
The Ijaw Diaspora Council (IDC) has praised former Nigerian Minister of Petroleum, Chief Dan Etete, for his pioneering work in energy policy reforms and promoting indigenous participation, informing that his efforts had a profound impact, contributing significantly to the creation of Bayelsa State.
