The Certified True Copy (CTC) of the Supreme Court judgment on the Labour Party’s leadership dispute has been released and it confirmed that its National Chairman Julius Abure has been sacked contrary to his claims.
The excerpts from the document read on Wednesday by Abia State Governor Dr. Alex Otti, affirmed the leadership of Senator Esther Nenadi Usman.
According to him, the Supreme Court warned politicians to respect the tenures of office as stipulated in their respective political party constitutions.
