West Ham have beaten city rivals Tottenham Hotspurs 1-0 to possibly put an end to their title aspiration. With three matches left, Spurs, who have played one game more, are now four points behind run-away leaders, Chelsea.
The only goal of the match was scored in the 65th minute by Manuel Lanzini.
Chelsea play Middlesborough at Stamford Bridge on Monday night. The Blues would be seven points clear at the summit if they win. And will then only need one more win to lift the title, assuming Spurs win all their remaining matches – which is unlikely.
