Two persons have been killed in an attack by gunmen on Arum Inyi Police Division in Oji-River Local Government Area of Enugu State.
The attackers also set the station ablaze and carted away arms and ammunition.
The incident happened on Sunday morning.
The gunmen reportedly chanted, “no election, Police in Biafra land” during the attack.
In a video that has gone viral on the internet, a police station was seen on fire with the bodies of two young men lying bynear the fence of the station.
But pople were heard in the video saying the two victims were policemen, however another person said he could only identify one of them as a policeman attached to the station.
The Public Relations Officer, Daniel Ndukwe had yet to comment on the incident as at the time of filing this report.
