Nigeria’s former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, who had vied for the president in his country, more than any politician alive, Wednesday finally confirmed the suspicion of many that he will run again for President in 2027.
Mr Atiku, who has been contesting for presidency since 1992, disclosed in an interview on Arise Television that he will contest the 2027 presidential election.
“The 2027 election will be my last outing”, the former vice president, who would be 81 on election day, said.
