The Premium Times has reported that not less than 110 Nigerian citizens and companies have been captured by the leaked internal data of Panamanian law firm, Mossack Fonsecca, as operators of offshore shell companies in tax havens.
Conspicuous among the new names disclosed today are the owner of Globacom, Mike Adenuga, Niger State Governor, Abubakar Sadiq Sani Bello and the late Ooni of Ife, Okunade Sijuwade, among others.
Also Arik Chairman, Joseph Arumemi-Johnson and his wife, Mary and three serving senators, Bukola Saraki (Senate President),Andy Uba (Anambra) and Ibrahim Gobir (Sokoto) are on the list.
The list also names other top business persons, politicians, and their family members, including those currently holding public offices.
